Heads up: Our six new writers will be in complete control of the Rice Mockingbird this week! Wish them luck!!!
(But first, meet them all!!)
Christen Sparago, Martel ’15, is majoring in flute and slightly inaccurate French. At this precise moment, she is missing her cat. Also, she believes that in a fight between a giraffe and a ram, the underdog would win, and then, he or she would buy a cup of coffee from the best college on the Rice University campus.
Brown College ’17. Currently studying Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering. In a love-hate relationship with LoL. Contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Lovett College ’16. I’m from St. Louis and if you say one bad thing about it, I’ll become the most obnoxious, loudmouth midwesterner who ever drew breath. Triple majoring in Psychology, Economics and Frisbee.
Hanszen ’17. A lot of the time, I am a high-strung double major in History and Biochemistry. I study a lot, but when I’m not doing that, I’m running the Wrestling Team, working in lab, doing yoga, going to church, doing Hanszen socials stuff, or sleeping. My favorite fast food is In n’ Out, which is invariably better in every way than Whataburger.
Will Rice College ’17. Currently studying Chemistry and Film, although this is subject to change with the weather. My interests include watching movies, sitting, and trying new food.
Jones ’17, Mechanical Engineering Major. Hailing from the land of too many swamps and not enough land, my name is Samuel Carroll and right now I’m doing that major and working on a minor in professional sleeping that the administration does not currently recognize.
